Your Dream Kitchen awaits

What information is needed for a trade kitchen quote?

The more accurate the project information, the more useful a trade kitchen quote will be. At minimum, provide room dimensions or plans and a clear idea of the specification you need. For developments, include quantities and any different house types or plot variations.

Useful information to send

  • Architect drawings, kitchen plans or measured sketches.
  • Number of kitchens required.
  • Cabinet and door style preferences.
  • Worktop specification.
  • Appliance list or allowances.
  • Any special storage requirements.
  • Project programme and preferred delivery dates.
  • Site address and access constraints.

If the project is still at an early stage, not every decision has to be fixed. A conversation about budget, target market and build programme can help establish a sensible starting specification.

For repeat plots, identify the standard kitchen types and then list exceptions separately. This reduces ambiguity and makes later revisions easier to track.
